SECRET BEAUTIFUL FACE

We use plenty of different criteria to evaluate whether someone is beautiful or not, and those same criteria can work for or against us when others are determining whether they see us as beautiful. The first reason people perceive someone as beautiful is obviously natural beauty. Natural beauty cannot entirely be replicated by good management or plastic surgery. Many actresses and models have pretty faces, but they often spoil them with the use of intensive man-made cosmetic products that often work against their main purpose and even seem to destroy these women's features.

Sometimes, these effects are not immediately obvious, and for most of us a small amount of makeup is an asset. Most of us only put on makeup on special occasions once or twice a week, or maybe a month, and this does not damage our skin as extensively as compared to those who put it on almost every other night.

If you look at an actress or model without her daily dose of cosmetic products, you would barely recognize her. This is because man-made cosmetic products contain lots of chemicals and substances that, even though they provide temporary beauty, in the long term tend to destroy the freshness and health of your skin. So, how can you wear makeup in healthy ways?

“First”
Llimit yourself to wearing makeup only "sometimes." If you must absolutely apply make up to your face, do not do it so often. Take a break every so often; anything done to excess can be damaging for your self esteem, and makeup is no exception. If you need to apply skin care products, try to use products made from herbal solutions that are proven to be mild and beneficial. Because herbal products contain natural ingredients, they often pose fewer risks of creating side effects that might be damaging for your skin.

Second”

In order to bring about true beauty on your face, you must also wash it every day in the morning and evening, and more often if you tend to sweat or are under a lot of stress. If you are at work, and feel that you are tired of sitting before the monitor for such long hours, just get up and go wash your face thoroughly with a mild facial soap. Before eating, when you go to wash your hands, wash your face, too. Just make sure that you provide ample cleansing to your face and compensate for the washing by applying moisturizer (or a moisturizing sunscreen) once or twice a day.
More cleansing plus more moisturizing is better than under-cleansing because frequent washing is important to remove dirt, dead skin, and toxins that damage skin's healthy glow. Be especially careful to moisturize before sleep every night to ensure soft skin and a more attractive look in the morning.

Third”

A walk every morning and evening can have dramatic and surprising improvements for the skin. Because so many skin problems result from stress, mentally refreshing yourself in the morning can benefit your skin indirectly. Even more importantly, because your skin literally "breathes" by taking in oxygen throughout the day. A morning walk will also help begin the day right for your skin by allowing it to take in pollution free air and get a few minutes of healthy sun exposure before the workday.

“Fourth”

Your diet should also be well balanced, as an improper diet is an extremely common factor in common skin problems. Your skin needs to be nourished internally by a healthy diet as well as externally by nutrient-rich creams, and eating too much junk food can cause problems like spots and skin discoloration.

The most essential factor is to be fit and by following a few healthy tips you can be on your way to a beautiful skin and body. To get a flawless skin, always drink at least 2 - 3 liters of water every day regardless of the season. This helps to flush out the toxins. There are also home-made beauty products to take care of beauty problems. It is not always possible to buy expensive beauty products. Honey and a mixture of lemon juice nourish the skin. Papaya and banana pulp are good face packs. By following these health care tips, you can cultivate a beautiful skin.
Health and care work together. A face pack not only cleanses your skin and pores, but it also keeps your skin taut. Oily skins secrete more oil and attract dirt which clogs the pores. A couple of healthy tips include mashing strawberries with a teaspoon of brandy, 2 spoons of breadcrumbs, 2 spoons of fuller's earth and a few drops of rose water. Mix well and apply on your face and neck for 20 minutes. Strawberries have Vitamin C and acidic properties that leave the skin sparkling and clean. Other healthy tips include a cleanser. Avoid soap and always cleanse your face at night.
There are certain healthy tips that you need to follow with regard to your hands and feet. Soak your feet in warm water for 5 minutes and rub with pumice stone. Apply cold cream. Keep knees smooth by rubbing them with fresh lime juice. Your hands get the maximum exposure. For chapped hands in winter, wash with lukewarm water before going to bed, apply milk cream and put on a pair of gloves - wash hands in the morning. By adhering to these simple healthy tips, you can take care of your body and achieve a beautiful look.

SKIP THE FOUNDATION

Using a foundation that's just right for your skin is like turning your face into a perfect, flawless canvas. Ready for whatever your mood dictates - red lips, a glittery bronzer, smoky eyes. However you want to look, it begins with that perfect, blank canvas. There are two main choices in makeup foundation:1. The texture of the makeup itself2. the finish of the makeup, after it's on your skin. All makeups have one of three finishes: dewy, matte, or satin. Dewy leaves a slight sheen (not a shine!) on your face. Satiny finishes give a natural look, and matte is a dry, flatter option. Oily skin works best with a matte or satin makeup. Combination or dry skin looks good in a satin or dewy finish.Textures are more about ease of application, and coverage. Coverage can be light, medium, or full. Let's look at our options.Liquid Makeup.Matching the color to your skin is key. Many stores have testers, department stores usually will give you a small sample to take home, and most stores allow returns if the color turns out to be wrong. Test the color in daylight, incandescent light (yellow-based home lighting), and fluorescent light.Liquids vary in how much they cover. But it will usually say on the bottle if the coverage is light, medium, or full. You can personalize liquids further by choosing either an oil-free base, a water-base (good for combination skin), or a moisturizing base.Creativity is the word here. Mix and match. You might choose a non-oily liquid to use on the t-zone, and the same color and brand but in a moisturizing version, to use on the rest of your face. Most liquid makeup is easy to apply using fingertips, but oil-free liquids should be applied with a foundation application brush, or a damp foam wedge. Some new foundations (and blushes) will match the color of your skin once applied. If you have rosacea or melasma (dark patches, often on the cheeks), a smart-foundation won't work. It's less about covering and more about evening out your existing skin-tone.Mineral MakeupOoo, the ease of application is totally irresistible. And mineral makeup looks good on all skin types. Coverage is not an issue.
For quick, light coverage, just buff on one quick coat. For more coverage, use a thicker, more tightly packed brush (make sure your brush does not contain fur), and work the minerals into the skin. Don't worry, it won't clog pores and it washes off easily with soap and water. The more coats you apply, the more coverage you get.Different brands of minerals have different finishes. Some impart a slight shimmer to your face, some are pure color. Most need to set for a few minutes after application before applying a setting powder, although some women prefer to skip the powder.Cream-to-powderThe fastest and easiest way to be out the door. And because these foundations come in compact form, usually with built-in mirror and sponge applicator, they are totally handbag-friendly and can go with you anywhere.
Which is a good thing, because cream-to-powders tend to fade more easily than other foundations, and need touch-ups during the day. Coverage is light to medium.MousseJust plain fun! Who doesn't love to play with soft, whipped, luscious, cool-to-the-touch textures. Mousse makeups blend easily when applied. You may even feel like you're airbrushing your face. Coverage is usually light, and unlike minerals, applying more coats doesn't work well. Choose mousse if you're complexion just needs a light boost.Cream MakeupFull coverage is the reason to choose a cream. Application takes time and skill, but with the right color and texture for your face, you can achieve a gorgeous, movie-star look. Loose finishing powder is a must - choose a shade that is translucent so it doesn't fight with the foundation color. Cream makeup can be applied with the fingers, carefully blending small sections of the face at a time. Or try a damp foundation application brush. Work the makeup until it is totally smooth, and don't forget your jaw line and a little below.Stick foundations are similar to creams in consistency, but are not as thick. You will need a finishing powder.Personalize Your Foundation
  • Some women skip formal foundation and simply spot conceal, then finish with a light dusting of loose or pressed powder.
  •  You can always use a tinted moisturizer and be done with the whole thing in seconds
  • Foundations come packed with add-ins. You can find makeup with sunscreen, with moisturizer, with wrinkle-reducers, or with acne medication. It's all out there.
  • And because we are beautiful from the inside first, remember to check before you buy to make sure the product has not been tested on animals.
  • Now that you've got on your most flawless, even-toned canvas, you're an artist - and ready for eyes, lips, blush, lashes - or nothing else at all.

YOU PAT CONCEALER IN

Concealers come in different shades. Some have shades which match the color of the skin while others have sharply contrasting colors meant to camouflage particular blemishes. A light colored or white concealer may be used to cover dark spots, while dark colored concealer may be used on a lighter skin patch. Selecting the right concealer can be quite a dilemma. Which shade is the best to go for? For most women (and men), yellow based concealers, like yellow based foundations, are the most suitable. You must however decide what it is that you want to use the concealer for. Because of the sheer difficulty of ascertaining the right shade, you need to seek the assistance of the make up artist at the cosmetic shop. You must try out the concealer to ensure it is just right before you purchase it.Concealers are packaged in different forms. They may be liquid, semi solid, pencil or felt tip. Which ever the choice you make, the concealer should be applied carefully in thin layers, which can then be built upon until the blemish is fully concealed. When using both a concealer and a foundation; which should come first? This question is quite tricky. When you apply the foundation first, you will realize you may not need much concealer. On the other hand, if you apply your concealer first, you may not need as much foundation. Also since some concealers contrast sharply with the skin color, they must be applied before the foundation. All in all, it is up to you to decide what works best for you. When applying the concealer, apply small amounts on the blemish and then using the pad of your middle finger, tap it in or press it in using a rolling motion. Never rub it in. Make sure the concealer has blended in properly and is not obvious. After this, dust fine, loose powder using a fluffy brush to set it in.A concealer and foundation are very important items on your dressing table. They play a very important role in enhancing beauty. They strengthen appeal and also disguise those blemishes which otherwise ruin the flawlessness of your complexion. Remember that beauty is mostly perceived with the eyes. The skin is the first part of your body that anyone looking at you sees. You must therefore ensure that you pay attention to it. The foundation and the concealer are the foundation to your beauty. Learn to use them.

PROTECT YOUR LIPS AND HAVE PERFECT, SOFT, KISSABLE LIPS

What shape are your lips?
There are five common lip shapes, and depending on which one you have, there are tricks to play them up and make them look their best.
  • Thin Lips: Use a liner to add an extra curve to your natural line. To create fullness wear light to medium toned lipsticks. To make the lips look larger use gloss. Always avoid wearing bright reds or very dark colors.
  • Full lips: Lucky girl! Paint on a bold shade of lipstick. Guess what? Some women want to play down their full lips. If that is you, skip the liner and wear pale shades and avoid gloss! Matt lipstick is a better choice. To draw attention away from your lips, add a hint of color and play up your eyes.
  •

  • Uneven lips: This means that one lip is thin and the other is full. It can be the top one or bottom. For better balance, outline the edge of the bottom lip. Use lighter shades of lipstick on top and slightly darker shades of the same color on the bottom. Then put the lips together to blend in color. If the bottom lip is thinner than reverse the color combination.

  • Wide lips: Never use liner! To draw attention away place color on center part of the lip and fade the color outwards. To create a pout look dab on silver gloss to middle of lower lip, on top of lipstick color. It draws attention to the middle of the lips and makes them look less wide.

  • Small lips: Never use strong and bold color on small lips! It's better to use medium toned lipstick. It's good to try shiny, glossy, or shear tints and brighter colors. If you want to draw attention to your lips, after applying your lipstick use a liner and draw on the outer corners of the mouth. To create the illusion of bigger lips use a darker lipstick on the outer and blend the colors with finger tips or lip brush.

Condition your Lips Day and Night
These tips are very important to maintain the look of your lips and make them soft and kissable all year long.
Day time tips:
  • Use lip balm or moisturizer everyday!
  • Protect them with sun screen summer and winter time.
  • Use a lipstick with a moisturizer in it.
Night time tips:
  • Exfoliate at least once a week.
  • At night when you moisturize your face also do your lips.
  • They can dry out while you sleep because some people breathe through their mouth. To prevent dryness apply moisturizer to their inner part.
Winter time is the hardest season on your lips. My advice is to always condition, condition, condition!!

THE PERFECT EYEBROW FOR YOUR MAKEUP

Eyebrows are tricky creatures. Eyebrow is one of the most important parts to beauty. Eyebrow is an area of coarse skin hairs above the eye that follows the shape of the brow ridges. Eyebrows also have an important facilitative function in communication, strengthening expressions like surprise or anger. Eyebrows also prevent debris such as dandruff and other small objects from falling into the eyes, as well as providing a more sensitive sense for detecting objects being near the eye, like small insects. The main function of the eyebrows is to prevent moisture, mostly salty sweat and rain, from flowing into the eye, an organ critical to sight. The typical curved shape of the eyebrow (with a slant on the side) and the direction in which eyebrow hairs are pointed, make sure that moisture has a tendency to flow sideways around the eyes, along the side of the head and along the nose. The slightly protruding brow ridges of modern humans could also still play a supporting role in this process. Together with the eyebrows, the brow ridges also shade the eyes from sunlight. It is common for people to pluck their eyebrows to maintain a clean and fashionable appearance with the use of tweezers and waxing. Both of these methods can be painful due to the sensitivity of the area around the eye but often this pain decreases over time as the individual becomes used to the sensation.
Some people claim that after they've been plucking/waxing their eyebrows for a few months, they become totally immune to the pain. Eyebrow threading is an ancient method of hair removal that is still used in parts of the Middle and Far East. Thin, twisted cotton threads are rolled over untidy hairlines, mustaches and so on, plucking the offending hair. Due to growing popularity in Western countries, threading is now found being performed in beauty salons. Like other methods of hair removal such as plucking or waxing, threading can result in skin irritation and ingrown hairs. Trichotillomania (TTM), or "trich" as it is commonly known, is an impulse control disorder characterized by the repeated urge to pull out scalp hair, eyelashes, beard hair, nose hair, pubic hair, eyebrows or other body hair. Trichotillomania is classified in the DSM-IV as an impulse control disorder that is not elsewhere classified under another axis or disorder. It is classified in this manner to control diagnoses of TTM. It is an Axis I disorder. Unibrow or monobrow presence of abundant hair between the eyebrows, so that they seem to converge to form one long eyebrow.

eye is an interesting part of the face

The part of the face that most people are drawn to is the eyes. Also, most people would remember someone else's eyes more often than other features of the face. If you want to make yourself a little more attractive and pretty, you have to pay attention to the eye shadow and other makeup that you put in the area.
There are many colors of eye shadows, liners and mascara on the market. In fact, makeup colors and themes for the eyes change every season. Cosmetic manufacturers make sure that women are given a lot of choices and alternatives all the time. However, finding the perfect eye shadow color is difficult because you have to consider a lot of things, particularly skin shade and eye color. In order to help you decide what eye shade is best for you, just follow the tips below.
1. If You Have Green Eyes
For those who have emerald eyes, you cannot go wrong with pink or peach eye shadows. However, other hues that would complement your beautiful eyes include deep green, plum, apricot, yellow, rust, burgundy, lavender and fuchsia. If you want to go metallic, gold and copper tints are ideal for most eye color.
For best results, you may want to wear deep red or dark-hued lipstick. Black mascara and brown eyeliner combination can also put emphasis on your dazzling eyes. However, do not forget that blue eye shadow often will not look good on you.
2. If You Have Blue Eyes
Women who have blue eyes are usually fair-skinned and blonde-haired individuals. The shades that could help highlight your sparkling blue eyes include caramel, white, toffee, brown, pink, and orange. These shades can be worn during daytime or at the office. However, if you want some pizzazz or you are attending an evening party or date, you may want to wear violet, gold or silver shades. But please do remember to match your eye shadow with the dress that you are wearing.
To complete your do, wearing a light-colored lip gloss and an orange blush is best. Lastly, stay away from green and red shades. These colors will not do your eyes any good.
3. If You Have Brown Eyes
Be thankful if you have brown eyes because almost all shades look good on you. If you want to make your eyes look more stunning, even at the office or during ordinary days, you may want to don dark brown, fawn, chocolate, toffee, beige and even white eye shadow. To put some emphasis on your eyes, do not forget to line your eyes with brown liquid eyeliner or pencil.
Here are other helpful tips for professional-looking eye make up:
Use a base before applying your eye shadow of choice. The eye shadow base is not only helpful in keeping your eye makeup longer, but also in preventing your eye makeup from creasing and smudging.
To have a perfect finish, do not forget to blend your eye makeup well. Streaks and well-defined lines will make your eye makeup rigid and too eighties.
Tame your arcs with a brow brush. If you don't have any, a clean toothbrush will do the trick.
If you want to experiment on a new shade of eye shadow, it would be best to try it out at home. You do not want people to stare (or even laugh) at you because of an unflattering eye makeup.
If you want to emphasize your eyes, make sure to use lighter shades of lip gloss or lipstick. However, if you want to put emphasis on your lips, make sure you use a neutral or light-colored eye shadow.
If you want to have perfect-looking eyes, you better start using eye creams, such as Eyevive, to help prevent formation of wrinkles and fine lines and also to get rid of eye bags and puffy eyes.

EYEBROWS

The classic approach for applying eye shadow to the eyelids is to maximize the eye shape and eye shadow effect by using three matching eye shadow shades: light, medium and dark shades. This is the approach we recommend. Choosing three matching eye shadow shades sounds a little daunting but we've done the hard work for you. Our Triple Split eye shadows are one eye shadow split into three coordinated light to dark shades. Using the Triple Split eye shadow, or your personal choice of three matching shades, follow the simple instructions below for spectacular looking eyes!

  • 1. Shape your eyebrows and apply eyeliner.
  • 2. Select your Triple Split eye shadow or your choice of three matching eye shadow shades. Using the lightest shade cover the entire eyelid, from lash line to brow. Use a large flat eye shadow brush. Eye makeup tip: The lighter shade applied to the brow bone will give the eyes and wide and open look.
  • 3. Apply the medium shade on the lower lid from the lash line to the crease of your eye. Use a smaller eye shadow brush.
  • 4. Use your darkest shade in the outer corners of the eyes, out to the crease. Intensify for a more dramatic night-time look. You can also use this shade as an eyeliner. Remember to blend the shades for a smooth overall effect. Again use a smaller eye shadow brush.
  • 5. Apply mascara sparingly for a sophisticated daytime look. Apply two coats for a more dramatic night-time look.
Remember there are no right or wrong colours. What is important is that you are comfortable with your colour choices so don't be afraid to experiment.

MAKE BEAUTIFUL EYES STAND OUT

When you want beautiful eyes, there are quite a few things you can do. Healthy eyes start with a healthy diet and knowing how to care for your eyes correctly. While most of your eyes shine starts from inside your body, there are outside influences that you can modify to help as well. Make sure to always wear sunglasses or a visor when out in bright sunlight. The sun can damage your eyes just as easily as your skin. Other ways to ensure the beauty of your eyes is to know how to wear make up properly and what will work for you.

  • Wearing The Right Eye Make-Up
When it comes to beautiful eyes you will want to start with the easiest way to ensure it, the make-up. What type, how you apply, and how much can make a huge difference in how your eyes look and how well they stand out. What type of make-up you use can really make a huge difference in how your eyes look. Cheap make-up can really look tacky, as it tends to clump and not apply well. When you are looking for the right type of product you will not want to skimp. You will also want to be sure you are not allergic either. There are many people that get watery, red, itchy eyes after applying cheap products on their eyes. Make sure the make up you buy is high quality and hypoallergenic. Once you find the right make-up, you will want to be sure to apply it correctly. The proper application is what makes all the difference on how outstanding your eyes look, or how clumpy and messy they look.
  • Contacts and Glasses, The Eye Accessories
Many people think that they cannot have beautiful eyes with contacts and glasses. Nothing could be further from the truth. Think of contact lenses and glasses as eye accessories, not something to prohibit eye beauty. Choosing the right frame for your glasses is the key to accentuating your eyes. While you will want to choose a frame that can be worn with everything, the best way to find the right one is to make sure it fits your face and highlights your eyes. With contacts, you can enjoy an array of possibilities. You can get lenses that change the color of your eyes so you can get a different look each day, or find a pair of lenses that make your eyes sparkle. The key to good contacts is that they fit right and do not irritate. If yours cause any redness, try another brand.
  • Vitamins For Healthy Eyes
Another easy way to make sure you have beautiful eyes is to eat right. This is probably the easiest thing to do. There are several essential vitamins for proper eye health. Most can easily be found in everyday foods or vitamin supplements. Some foods that you can eat are carrots and squash. Vitamins A, C, E and B2 can be found in most things we eat. A nice multivitamin that also contains selenium, beta-carotene, and zinc can also be found in any drug store. The key to stunning eyes is to keep them healthy.

What eye shadow shades work for you will be influenced by your skin tone, hair colour and, most importantly, your eye colour. But the eye shadow shades you choose should ultimately be decided by your personal style, what looks good and feels right to you. This eye makeup article will give you a guide to eye shadow shades that you may find work better for your eye, skin and hair colour. We also offer useful eye makeup tips for applying your eye shadow.
  • Step 1: Choosing an eye shadow to suit your eye colour
Remember when choosing eye shadow shades that colours should be chosen keeping in mind your eye colour, hair colour and skin tone and not the colour of the clothes you wear.
For Blue eyes the tried and true eye shadow colour is deep blue (a darker shade than your eye colour will make your eyes look really blue). Taupe, gray, violet, and purple are also great eye shadow colours for blue eyes. "Edgy" eye shadow colour favorites for blue eyes include silver, turquoise, and fuchsia.
For Green or Hazel eyes greens are your best eye shadow colour. To really brighten your eyes try a deep khaki or forest green. Brown, apricot, purple, and plum eye shadow will also enhance your eye colour. "Edgy" eye shadow colour favorites for green or hazel eyes are gold, lime-green, really light green, and bright purple.
For Brown eyes tried and true eye shadow colours include: copper, bronze, coffee, champagne (soft pink with a touch of apricot), brown (for a doe-eyed look), beige, and khaki green. "Edgy" eye shadow colour favourites for brown eyes are tangerine, royal blue, hot pink, and lime green. The contrast adds punch to brown eyes.
Eye makeup tip: Generally warm tones i.e. earthy, golden etc. will compliment warm skin (yellow based, olive, medium to dark skins). Cooler tones e.g. pastels will compliment cool skin tones (very fair, very dark, and light to medium skins).
Eye makeup tip: Do not wear bold eye makeup and a bold lipstick at the same time. If you are using vivid or edgy eye shadow team it up with nude lipstick.
Eye makeup tip: When you look at a women's face you see her eyes not her eye shadow. The general rule is that light shades bring out your eyes and darker shades give them dimension. If you have small eyes, and want to give the impression of larger eyes, you want to stay with lighter shades. If you have large or protruding eyes you would want to use darker shades. Keep the basic principles of light and dark in mind while choosing and applying eye shadow colour. Dark colour recedes, light colour brings forward.
  • Step 2: Choosing an eye shadow texture
Eye shadow generally has either a matte texture, a more reflective texture (e.g. satin texture) or a shimmering texture (e.g. dimensional or French Pearl texture). Which texture you use is a matter of personal taste however matte and satin textures are typically used for day wear and shimmering textures are typically worn for evening wear.

  • Step 3: Applying eye shadow
For smoother eye shadow application, that lasts longer, first apply a thin layer of foundation on your eyelids and then apply a thin layer of face powder. This gives you a clean canvas for your eye shadow and will also help to prevent the eye shadow from creasing. This will give you more even, accurate, eye shadow application.
Eye makeup tip: Choose good quality eye shadow brushes which are flat and angled. This will give you more even, accurate, eye shadow application.
Eye makeup tip: Always work your way up from lighter to darker shades, choosing colours that blend easily together.

ANTI AGING - HOW TO HAVE BEAUTIFUL SKIN

Whether you're concerned about anti aging or just wanting beautiful skin, by spending a few minutes every day caring for your skin you'll get the results you want simply by making some changes to your skin care regime. Many people, though, still feel that the only way they will get beautiful skin is by using invasive techniques like plastic surgery and liposuction. The best thing about beauty care products, other than their cost, is that they are generally natural so they can't harm the person who is using them.
Beauty care products are not just for anti aging purposes, but for anyone wanting beautiful skin. The number of beauty skin care products available is gigantic and keeps on growing, and it's all designed to improve the health and beauty of the skin.
The first step in skin care is making sure your skin is clean from pollution such as dust, bacteria and make-up which takes its toll on the skin. To clean the skin, you need to use a gentle cleanser and a cotton cloth. Using warm water, move the wet cloth in a circular motion around the face until all areas have been wiped. Then rinse and use a soft towel to dab your skin until it is dry. Don't rub.
To restore and maintain your skin's pH level, use a tone after washing your face. While the tone restores the PH balance, moisturizing afterwards helps the skin stay supple and can help decrease the signs of aging such as small wrinkles and lines. By using tone, this beauty care product will help lock in the moisture which helps to maintain the skin's beauty and condition.
Once a week, as part of your skin care regime, exfoliate your skin to remove dead cells which will help provide a deeper cleanse. It is critical to remove all traces of the peel or exfoliant so you will need to cleanse the skin and then tone and moisturize as usual.
For those people that suffer with puffy or baggy skin under the eyes, formulated beauty care product creams are able to help diminish this problem making the skin much suppler and improving its elasticity.
Something to remember is that water has many beneficial properties to help the skin, like hydration and removing unwanted toxins. Our skin covers our entire body and we should realize the important function it plays in continuing our health and beauty so it should not be overlooked when it comes to regular maintenance.
There are many beautiful skin tips written about for women, but the overall emphasis these days seems to be on how to achieve beautiful skin naturally. You can find much of this information online and in women's health and fashion magazines. Below are some of the most basic - yet effective - ways to help make your skin more beautiful.
It all starts with your face's skin. If you have acne, go see a dermatologist to receive professional care. Period. Having your face clear of pimples is the best investment you'll ever make, and the only proven way to do that is with a doctor's assistance. One of the easiest and cheapest beautiful skin tips is to drink as much as 64 ounces of clean water per day. In order for your skin to maintain its ability to produce healthy cells and keep its natural elasticity, a regular daily intake of fresh water is required. Appropriate hydration is key to your skin's natural health.
Another effective skin beauty secret is to help your skin lose its outermost layer of dead cells by periodically taking a firm loofah sponge to it. During your next bath, briskly rub your skin with a loofah or washcloth. When you're out of the shower, follow that up with a bit of your favorite moisturizer and your skin will feel completely renewed. Did you know that bathwater that is too hot can damage your skin? Natural oils that your skin needs to remain healthy can easily be stripped away by water that's too hot. Try to ensure that your bathwater is just warm enough to be comfortable. If you must bathe in truly hot water, be sure to follow up your bath with your favorite skin moisturizer.
Although most people usually equate having a great suntan with being physically fit, in reality that doesn't match up - as far as your skin is concerned. Direct and prolonged exposure to the sun and its harmful UVA and UVB ultraviolet rays can irreparably damage your skin, and can even increase your risk of potentially fatal skin melanomas. Use sunscreen liberally when you're outside for any long period of time.
Don't overdo the foundation. In fact, if you're under 35 years of age, you shouldn't need any foundation makeup at all. Not only does foundation cover up your skin's natural beauty, it also tends to look unnatural. If you have blemishes to cover, use a concealer followed by a moisturizer. Don't rub your concealer in - instead, pat it in gently.
Makeup is intended to accent your beauty, not substitute for it. Ever notice how some people look their best wearing just a little makeup? They've figured out their own skin beauty tips - of how just a little mascara, a spot of concealer for blemishes, and a little lip gloss brings out their natural beauty without covering it up. Also, the less makeup you smear across your skin, the better it is for your poor pores.
Another beautiful skin secret that you'll enjoy is simply giving yourself an occasional facial massage. It only takes a few minutes to gently massage any oil-based facial serum into your cheeks, forehead, and around your eyes. Effective blood circulation is important to your skin as it carries oxygen and other nutrients to its cells, so enjoy the feeling and the benefits that a simple 5-minute facial massage can provide you.
And aside from all the physical beauty advice, simply having a positive mental outlook and projecting that to others may be your most important skin beauty tip. People initially judge us on our exteriors, but your inner beauty can only help to augment the physical beauty of your skin that you strive so hard to maintain. Let both clearly shine through!
