Care beautiful legs


  • Some helpful tips that will help your legs look their best.
Start with slimming up those legs by exercising them regularly. Here are some great exercises for your hips, butt, thighs and legs: squats, lunges, step ups, hip extensions, one-legged deadlifts, hiking, biking, running, kickboxing, and walking. Make sure you balance your exercise plan with a healthy diet, this will not only help with your weight but will help keep your skin looking great. When it comes to keeping the skin healthy consider taking supplements to keep the skin looking its healthiest. Recommended supplements for great looking skin: Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin B complex.
Once you have slimmed up those legs and gave them great looking skin, make sure that the hair is removed from those sexy legs by shaving, waxing or using depilatory creams. Keep your legs moisturized often by frequently applying generous amounts of lotions and or creams high in quality that are designed to add extra moisture to the skin. You can add a few drops of vitamin e oil to your moisturizer. Moisturize your legs at least twice a day preferably after a shower or bath and just before you go to bed. Keep the skin exfoliated you can greatly improve the complexion of your skin by exfoliating. When exfoliating your skin, use products that are designed for the specific area of the body.

Keep in mind there are two ways to exfoliate the skin: mechanical and chemical

1) The mechanical includes methods like loofah sponge, sea salt, brushes scrubbing sponge, exfoliating gloves and creams with grit that may come from walnut shells and apricot pits for example.

2) Chemical exfoliators do the same thing but generally use a mild acids.
When exfoliating wet the area before exfoliating. Be gentle around sensitive delicate areas after exfoliating rinse area thoroughly and followed by a good moisturizer.
Its said that tanned legs look slimmer plus it also helps hide any blemishes. Many feel sunless-tanners are a healthier way of getting that beautiful bronze look. If your a sun lover be sure to cover your legs in sunscreen prior to exposing them to the sun.
